       characters or words ≦ 2500, 500 yuan RMB/month, about 10 e-mails
       characters or words ≦ 2500, 1000 yuan RMB/month, about 20 e-mails
       characters or words ≦ 8500,1500 yuan RMB/month, about 40 e-mails
       characters or words ≦ 1 2500,2000 yuan RMB/month, about 60 e-mails
       If the contracted characters or words are exceeded, it will be dealt with as the general translation manuscript with 20% discount of the price. The translation quantity will be calculated according to the Chinese characters.

       The urgent manuscript need additionally charge 30% of the urgent cost. Annotation: The urgent situations include the off-work time working and waiting till the translation is finished.

2 〉 Time and Manner
       The translation quality being guaranteed, Sky Translation &Interpretation will complete the translation as soon as possible. Generally speaking, the submission cycle promised by the company( within the normal working hours) is three hours after receiving the manuscript( within 500 characters) and no more than six hours for manuscript with more than 1000 characters and less than 4000 characters. Translation will be done on that day. If there occurs special occasions which lead to delay of the submission of the manuscript on time, Sky Company will inform the clients in advance and wish that the clients could understand. If Sky Company delay the submission time of the manuscript without informing the clients, the clients are entitled to refuse to pay for the translated manuscript.

        Translating time extending beyond the working hours belongs to overtime work and will be additionally charge 30% of the urgent cost.

        The submission can be done through e-mail, fax or FTP.

3 〉 Payment Manner
        At the end of every month, that is , the last day of every month, Sky Translation& Interpretation Company will send the list with the translation characters or words and the amount of payment to the clients for the settlement of the accounts.

4 〉 Property Rights and Confidential Provision
        The intellectual property rights of the translating documents entrusted by the clients to Sky Translation& Interpretation belongs to the clients( including the Chinese version and English version), The contents are either commercial secrets or privacies of the clients, which should not be revealed to the third party through Sky Translation & Interpretation Company. Otherwise, the clients have the rights to sue the company and demand the legal indemnities.
