      Upon receiving the notice for service entrusted by the clients, we can get the manuscript from domicile for free if the domicile is in the urban area, then we will sign the translation business confirmation letter or the translation contract to define the characters or words, the price and the submission time;

Program Analysis:
       Program manager will carry out the analysis according to the translating materials provided by the clients, and judge their technical requirements and degree of difficulty, then define the industry that they belong to. The manager will choose from the translators the most suitable one to do the translation, and make the word list with professional terms and high-frequency words in the translation manuscripts to assure the unity and continuity.

Translation:
      Before the translating work begins, the best translator chosen by the program manager with the professional background will be reaffirmed by the professors of the translation department and the proofreaders, and the corresponding word list of professional terms will be provided to allocate the particular fields to specialized subjects so that the translators can really give full scope to their abilities in their professional fields.

Proofreading:
       The translators need to submit the qualified translated manuscript within the required time according to the time schedule of the program manager. The program manager will submit the translated manuscript to the proofreading department to carry out the proofreading, including the proofreading of the professional terms, language accuracy and unity, to try to adhere to the “ faithful, smooth and elegant ” principles. Faithful to the original manuscript is the enterprise principle we have always been sticking to. All of the proofreading is central to the success of the whole program.

Editing and Typesetting
      Our professionals will carry out the graphic typesetting and print the translated manuscript by the laser printer. We can meet all kinds of format demand of the clients, such as Chinese or foreign language typing, typesetting, photo scanning etc. We will provide pagemaker 、 framemaker 、 illustrator and other typesetting formats, and other manuscripts like bitmap 、 vector diagrams etc.

QA

Delivery
