Annotations:
1. The business trip to other places need additionally charge 30% on the basis of the original price, and the clients is in charge of the interpreters ' transportation, accommodation, food and safety etc.
2. The above-mentioned quotations are fees for the full day. (i.e., ≤ 8 hours, the per hour expenditure for the exceeding hours=the full day expenditure/8×1.5
3. Less than 4 hours will be taken as half day.
4. Generally speaking, the simultaneous interpretation will be completed by two interpreters through cooperation;
5. The consecutive interpretation need to make an appointment 3-7 working days in advance.

Annotations:
1. Translation Delivery Duration: files with 10,000 characters or words will be delivered within three days, and the extremely urgent files( completed within 24 hours) need to additionally charge 50%.
2. Character/ words calculation: the characters or words will be calculated according to the automatic calculation of “ character string (blank space excluded)of word files. If a lot of tables or pictures need to be designed, the character or words calculation will be appropriately increased according to the actual workload. The translation characters or words less than 500 will be counted as 500; more than 500 and less than 1000 will be counted as 1000.

If the typesetting needs to be designed according to the designated format, the expenditure will be charged otherwise.

Free delivery and free registered mailing within the urban area. One laser printed manuscript and one electronic file will be provided for free.
